Refund Policy

Elegance Studio Salon sells fashion, makeup, shoes, beauty, wellness and selected medicine-related products. Due to hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, most products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after dispatch or delivery.

Non-Refundable Products

Makeup, skincare, personal care, shoes, medicines, supplements, undergarments, opened items, used items, damaged-by-customer items and seal-broken products are not refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Parcel Claims

If a parcel arrives broken, damaged or incorrect, the customer must record a complete unboxing video. The video must clearly show the sealed parcel, shipping label, opening process and product condition in one continuous recording.

Wallet Credit Instead of Cash Refund

If ESS accepts a claim after review, the approved amount may be added to the customer wallet or reward points account. The customer can use this balance for future purchases from ESS.

Final Decision

ESS reserves the right to approve, reject or partially approve any claim after checking proof, courier condition, product type and order history.
