Wallet Policy

ESS may add approved refunds, compensation, cashback or reward values to the customer wallet or reward points account.

Wallet Use

Wallet credit can be used for future ESS purchases according to store rules.

Wallet balance and reward points are not cash and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless ESS clearly approves it in writing.

ESS may block, reverse or adjust wallet balance if misuse, fake orders or policy abuse is detected.
